It specifies the "methods of application and control of the obligation to accompany the mention "retouched photograph" photographs for commercial use of models in the event of image processing aimed at refining or thickening their silhouette.
This decree applies to photographs for commercial use of models, visible in advertising messages broadcast in particular: By way of display By way of Turkey Phone Number List communication to the public (within the meaning of article 1 of the law N°2004-575 of June 21, 2004, that is to say all the messages published for example on the Internet and not having the character of private correspondence.

In press publications In advertising correspondence intended for individuals In publicity material intended for the public Alterations to "refine or thicken the silhouette" Not all edits are affected. As the subject of the decree indicates, only photographs retouched to "refine or thicken [the] silhouette [of the models]" are concerned by this decree. In case of retouching so the objective is not to refine or thicken the silhouette of the model, the mention is not required. €37,500 fine or 30% of advertising expenses.
